Toadstool Trio

Description

This fused glass art tile was inspired by the Amanita Muscaria, and the spiritual significance of growth where there is decay. When a tree dies and falls to the ground it often becomes life for thousands of organisms, plants, animals, and fungi. This magical rebirth and the balance of life and death is a part of everything. It is a reminder that even in the darkness of grief and loss there can be light and life.

Glass art tile is 4.25″ x 4.5″. Custom made Kayu Batu wood stand included.

Handmade in Oregon, February 2024. 2nd edition in the Toadstool Series.

Each piece of colored Bullseye glass is carefully hand placed and layered in such a way that when fused together they melt to a soft textured image.
