This unique fused glass design came to me while driving from Austin to Kingsland Texas during my recent trip to meet my family for the Total Solar Eclipse. I was in awe of the vast fields of wildflowers and fluttering butterflies that covered the sides of the road. It was this experience that inspired me to create a series of fused glass art pieces that celebrates the beauty of Texas in Spring.

Each piece of colored Bullseye glass is carefully hand placed and layered in such a way that when fused together they melt to a soft textured image.
