My Rainbow Fields Collection of fused glass artwork celebrates the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival in Oregon. I created this series after visiting the brightly colored fields earlier this year with my family. Seeing all the bright colors stretched across the horizon was an inspiring and memorable experience that I had to translate into glass.
Now you can enjoy these radiant colors year round.
This glass tile was created with a combination of opalescent and transparent glass so that natural light reflects through and behind it and casts a vibrant glowing rainbow.
Glass art tile is approximately 4.25″ x 5″ and is set in a 6.38″ x 7.38″ custom Cedar wood frame with Rustic brown stain.
Handmade in Oregon, May 2025. 3rd edition in this collection, 8 made in the series in various sizes.
Each piece of colored Bullseye glass is carefully hand placed and layered in such a way that when fused together they melt to a soft textured image.
