Description
This fused glass art piece combines my love for bright orange poppies and delicate monarch butterflies. Small pale orange poppies are best known as the California Poppy after the state adopted it as their symbolic flower in 1903. For me, they make me think of one of the visits my mom made to Oregon. The small orange poppies grow along roadside here and she loved them. After that visit, I sent her some seeds so she could grow them in her garden.
Glass art tile is 4″ x 4.25″. Custom made Kayu Batu wood stand included.

Each piece of colored Bullseye glass is carefully hand placed and layered in such a way that when fused together they melt to a soft textured image. Each piece of art comes with an authenticity card signed by the artist.
